Running a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decisions of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, traffic and conditions of the road, effect of the weather, including extremes of cold or heat and/or humidity. I am aware of such risks and accept them. I have read this waiver and knowing these facts in consideration of your accepting my entry, I (and anyone entitled to act on my behalf) waive and release the sponsors, the city of Caldwell, as well as the State of Idaho, and the employees of the sponsors and their representatives, and successors, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. Further I release the right to any and all photographic material and computer information the sponsors of this race may wish to release for this event without obligation to me.

Clydesdale contestants are men runners over 200# and women runners over 150#.  Clydesdale contestants will weigh in at the starting line in their race attire and shoes.
