BIOGRAPHY OF DAVID KERRICK

PERSONAL BACKGROUND: Engaged in the private practice of law since 1980 in Caldwell, Idaho. Born in Caldwell, Idaho. Married to Juneal. Four children Pete, Beth, George, and Katherine.

EDUCATION: Caldwell High School; College of Idaho; University of Washington, B.A.; University of Idaho, J.D.

LAW PRACTICE: Admitted to practice before the Idaho Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. The practice has been a combination of civil litigation and transactional law, primarily in the areas of business, real estate, wills, estates, and trusts.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE: Various courses offered through the National Business Institute (NBI). The NBI seminars are courses for lawyers, accountants, and other professionals who need continuing education courses for their licensing.
